Highlights of the January 9, 2001,
Organizational Meeting of the Minford Local Board of
Education
Stephen Crabtree was elected President and Joseph Stockham was elected
vice-president of the Minford Local School District for the 2001 calendar
year.
Anita McGinnis was appointed O.S.B.A. delegate and liaison representative.
In action the Board:

Set compensation per meeting.

Set the third Thursday of each month as the normal meeting time, 6:00 p.m.
at Minford High School.

Appointed Melinda Hutchinson, Treasurer and Dennis Meade, Superintendent
as purchasing agents.

Appointed Glenn Franke, Assistant Superintendent, as Civil Rights Coordinator,
Compliance Officer for Title IX, Title VI and Section 504.

Approved several Standing Authorization.

Authorized Gates McDonald Health Plan, Inc. to be Workers Compensation
managed care organization.

Continued the service fund.

Adopted the July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002, Amended Budget.

Employed Todd Warnock as Interim Assistant Principal assigned to the middle
school.

Granted non certified excluded personnel the same benefits as recommended
through the O.A.P.S.E. Agreement.
