Highlights of the July 29, 2003, Regular Meeting
of
the Minford Local Board of Education
Harrison and Madison Township Trustees addressed
the Board
concerning developing a joint grant to widen
and pave Bond Road now that the
projects are concluding.
Disscussion was held concerning the football varsity
and
practice fields.
In action, the Board:
Employed substitute certified and classified employees.

Employed Dee-Anna Veach as an English teacher assigned to
the high school.

Continued employment of Ryan Stockham as District Technology Services.
Continued employment of Ann Shirey as part-time Technology Assistant.
Accepted the resignation of Rita Graf, business teacher.
Continued employment of Dianne Ramsey and Marsha Hull as
part-time handicapped student aides.
Adjusted the salaries of Belinda Allen to Masters +15 and
Andrea VanHoose
with 2 years experience.
Filled several supplemental positions.
Accepted the rates of the Vision Service Plan.
Reconized several athletic volunteers.
Entered into a contract with Shell Energy to provide natural gas.
The next regular meeting of the Minford Local Board of Education
will
be August 26, 2003, 6:00 p.m. in the high school media center, 491 Bond
Road, Minford.
Technology Aide Positions - Part-time
These positions are part-time, as-needed and are subject to
different work times.
the positions call for knowledge of computer
operations, loading software, etc.
