In order to exceed an annual overall average of 2.5 percentage point increase, district scares must increase 36 percentage points on the performance indicators not met. Each indicator will show an increase as shown in tables A and B.
II. In order to meet the requirement of increasing at least 2/3 of the performance indicators not met by 2.5%, Minford Local must increase 10 of the 14 indicators not met. Tables A and B indicate projected increases for unmet standards.
III. A timeline of three (3) years has been established as indicated in Tables A and B during which a significant number of indicators will be met in order to move the district from Academic Watch to Continuous Improvement.

Within five (5) years we will provide a variety of courses that will meet the needs of all students.

Within three (3) years we will increase communication and encourage interaction with community members.

Within five (5) years, all students will master a challenging core curriculum.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT:
Within five (5) years we will provide appropriate staff development for all employees regarding job expectations, requirements, methods, and responsibilities for optimum performance of their duties.
RESOURCE ALLOCATION:
Within three (3) years the district will acquire, reallocate and maximize available resources designed to improve instructional practices and facilitate improved student learning.
BARRIERS TO EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION:
Within five (5) years the district
will identify and seek methods to eliminate barriers which inhibit student
achievement.
