Within the next five years the Minford Local School District will become a more student-focused community of enthusiastic, confident learners assisted by parents, teachers, community and staff to achieve their highest levels of ability.  Adult members of the Minford community will contribute to the education of our children by providing active involvement, constructive input and positive support to the district.  The schools will be attractive, modern facilities offering a student-focused atmosphere conducive to improved student learning.  Our teachers and staff will facilitate increased student learning through the use of a variety of teaching methods, respectful of diversity and designed to meet the individual needs and learning styles of our students.  Minford students will feel secure in their learning environment and will be encouraged to develop as confident, self-reliant learners actively involved in problem-solving, global learning and the utilization of technology as their medium for life-long learning.
