Mr. Bernard Tilley began his tenure in the Minford Local School District in 2005.  Prior to coming to Minford, Mr. Tilley worked as a Guidance Counselor at New Boston.  Mr. Tilley was also previously employed as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Northwest.

Mr. Tilley earned his Master's Degree at the University of Dayton in 1990.  He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Health & Physical Education at the University of Rio Grande in 1977. 

Mr. Tilley is also a graduate of Wheelersburg High School and is the Pastor at Salem Road United Methodist Church in Minford.

He resides in Wheelersburg, Ohio, with his wife, Kim, and five children.
