Mr. Jim Parkes began his tenure in the Minford Local School District as a science teacher at Minford Middle School.  In 1995 Mr. Parkes accepted the offer to teach OWA classes at the high school. 

Mr. Parkes earned his Masters Degree from Ohio University in 1977.

Elementary Education was his major at Ohio University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1976.

Mr. Parkes received his high school diploma from Wheelersburg High School in 1967.
