any help with the upcoming AR Store.

NEW BUSINESS
The Teacher/Staff Appreciation gifts have been delivered and will be passed
out on May 8th. Help will be needed to pass
these out.
At the most recent School Board Meeting, a report of PTO's budget was presented
to the Board and Dr Meade.
As a result of viewing the budget, discussion was opend on the ambiguity of
the Field Trip money allotted for each grade level and
what it is used for. Tracy will check into this matter and report back at a
later date.
Volunteer Appreciation Week is the week of April 23rd. We will have our next meeting that week.
OLD BUSINESS
A decision about next Fall's Fundraising needs to be made ASAP. A discussion
was started between those present
about using Frankenmuth again and the positive aspects of that venture. All
present voted to keep Frankenmuth
because of the past success and rewards we have experienced with their company.
Plans for Fun Day to be held at the end of the school year were discussed
in detail. Decision to have on the last day
of school was made previously. Ideas about how to divide the classes and the
time schedule were discussed.
Games to be played are Four Square, Jump Rope,Ring Toss, and Tug-O-War. Having
these games will allow for
the maximum number of children participating in a shorter time period. Adult
Guides will be present to take groups
from one station to the next. The Middle school students will have cornhole
games, which will hopefully be donated
for use on that day. Ice pops will provided for the teachers to hand out to
students at recess or when they deem appropriate.
The meeting adjourned with the scheduling of the next meeting to be on April
27th at 3:30.
Minutes compiled by Kathy Howard.
