MINFORD ELEMENTARY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Kindergarten registration for the 2007 - 2008 school year for Minford Local Schools will be held on Thursday, April 26 and Friday, April 27, 2007 in the Elementary School Gymnasium. Children must be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2007 to be eligible to begin kindergarten. Children will be given screening examinations during the registration process and are to accompany parent or legal guardian to registration.

Parents are to supply the following during registration:

Child’s official birth certificate, not hospital copy
Immunization records
Proof of residence
Social Security Card
Custody papers, if applicable
Bring child for screening

The Ohio University immunization team will be providing free immunizations for children on Friday, April 27 from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM at Elementary building. Parents are to bring immunization records with the child.
