Educational Talent Search, or ETS for short, is a program funded and sponsored by Shawnee State University.  The program is for any high school student whose parents did not attend college, and the participants must meet the financial requirements.  Each grade attends a monthly meeting with their counselor in the library, and is given helpful information such as: test taking, time management, and career choice.  The student does not have to plan to attend Shawnee State to be in ETS.

    The Scioto County ETS program will be taking a field trip to Eastern Kentucky University for a tour of the campus.  Students wishing to go must have their application mailed in to the ETS office.
