Explanation of symbols on the FFA Symbol:


Cross section of an ear of corn- growing of crops. Corn is used because it is the foundation crop of American agriculture and a native crop.

Plow - labor and tillage of the soil.

Owl - wisdom.
American bald eagle - shows that the FFA is a national organization.

Rising sun - a new day in agriculture.
