The Minford Bible Rally was held Dec. 8, at the old Porter Tabernacle. There were more than 150 in attendance.
For the results of the Senior Quiz Bowl, Minford Community took home first place: Andi Chatfield, Angle Birchem, Carol Alexander, Tishena Wells, Kelli Chatfield and Samantha Crawford. Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union came in second: Brittney Gullion, Ryan Lawson, Matt Woolum and Michael Craft. Third Place went to Stockdale Methodist: Josh Stamper, Jeremy Shook, Jennifer Matney, Garrett Stamper, Tony Wolford, and Matt Smith.
For the results of the Junior Quiz Bowl, Swauger Valley Team A came in first place: Brandon Muck, Kirsten Alley, Justin Brown, Than Munion, Josh Crace and Justin Crace. Second Place went to Cedar Street Team A: Josh Riddlebarger, Kyle Horner, Justin Huffman, Josh Huffman, Allison Waddel, and Hannah Davis. Harrison Free Will Baptist came in third place: Aryn Brown, Chanan Brown and Laiken Gambill.
For the results in the Senior Sword Drills, Swauger Valley came in first place: Audra Fedele, Charity Rice, Jessica Wallbrown and Allison Williams. Second place went to Hamilton Glades: Markus Lott, Brittany Lott, Heather Taylor, Erica Moore and Jessica Parker. Minford Community took home third place: Angel Birchem, Carol Alexander, Samantha Crawford, Kelli Chatfield, Andi Chatfield and Tishena Wells.
For the results of the Junior Sword Drills, Stockdale Methodist came in first place: Lydia Stamper, Tiffany Smith and David Stambaugh. Swauger Valley Team B took home second place: Abby Donahoe, Mackenzie Williams, Kaci Williams, Crystel Fedele, Brittany Montavon and Mariah Fitch. Third place went to Harrison FWB: Aryn Brown and Laiken Gambill.
For the results of the Primary Sword Drills, Swauger Valley came in first place: Justin Brown, Kirsten Alley, Brandon Muck, and Justin Crace. Second place went to Owl Creek: Jodi Babst and Edy Johnson. Hamilton Glades toko home third place: Sarah Simpson, Andrea Culp, Dallas Taylor and Jesse Taylor.
There were many perfect scores. The next rally will be Jan. 12. There will only be sword drills. Also, there will be pizza and a shadow play performance by Minford Community Church.
