Donahoe’s 25 paces Minford

Katie Donahoe scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as Minford used a solid second half to beat Wheelersburg 71-50 at home on Thursday.
Mandy Donahoe had nine points and Kara Cayton added nine points and 10 assists for the Lady Falcons.
“ We weren’t shooting too well in the first half, but in the second half, we were moving the ball better and distributing the ball and that helped us,” said Minford coach Kim Conley. “We struggled, but as you move up in scoring as the quarters continue, it’s pretty good.”
Brittany Meenach had 16 points and Erin Faulkner contributed 10 for the Lady Pirates.
