Minford remains unbeaten

Katie Donahoe went 8 for 8 from the field for 17 points and Kristin Martin contributed 16 points and six rebounds as the Lady Falcons defeated Portsmouth West 74-35 Monday.
Donahoe's perfect game was the first for coach Kim Conley. "I've never had a player be perfect in a game before," Conley said. "It was an outstanding display of shooting. Kara Cayton kept finding her and she kept finishing."
The Lady Falcons got everyone into the game against the Lady Senators. Shaye Berry had eight points and Cayton added nine points, eight assists and five steals.
Amber Sessor led West with 11 points and Kim Waller added 10. Minford goes toOak Hill on Thursday.
