Eli Parkes, above, introduced Mr. Jim Smith. Mr. Smith is the retired SOC Secretary, and he is a retired teacher from Portsmouth East High School. Mr. Smith spent many years announcing games in our area. |
Mr. Smith, along with Coach Fred Brisker began presenting awards to the players. |
