Megan Dever

 Megan L. Dever, daughter of Anita McGinnis and Terry Dever, both of Minford, was a member of the June 12 graduating class of Ohio University in Athens.  Dever obtained her bachelor's degree in specialized studies, majoring in communications and marketing strategies.

 She is currently enrolled in the Ohio State University School of Cosmetology in Columbus, where she will begin her studies in September to obtain her cosmetology license.
