Steven Robert Noel, 21, of Minford, died Sunday, December 12, 2004 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was born May 6, 1983 in Portsmouth and was employed by Buffalo Wild Wings in Portsmouth.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Steve and Jackie Noel of Minford; his mother, Della Dee Hewitt of York, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Alexus Noel of Middleport; two brothers, Jason Noel and Nathan Frazie of Minford; two sisters, Leah Mosqueda of Nicholsville, Kentucky and Ashley Noel of Minford; his girlfriend, Ashley Thomas of Middleport; his grandparents, Bob and Ann Harmon of Friendship.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Hewitt and a grandmother, Helen Noel.

Funeral Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2004 at Minford Community Church in Minford with his brother, Jason Noel officiating and burial in Memorial Burial Park. Arrangements were under the direction of the Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home.
