Mr. and Mrs. Scott and Sheila Evans and Dwayne Risner announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Jessica Dawn Risner to Cecil O'Ryan McGraw, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard and Pat McGraw.

The bride-elect is 2002 Minford High School and  is attending Ohio University in Ironton.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Minford High School and is attending Shawnee State University.

They plan to exchange vows Dec. 18, 2004, in Ashland, Ky.
