A mixture of speech theory and participation, this class is designed for the college-bound student, or for anyone interested in conquering the fear of speaking in front of an audience.  Extemporaneous speaking is emphasized.  A few competitive events will be entered.  Grades are derived from chapter tests, actual speeches, and listening skills.
