Graduation Practice Required
Graduation practice will be Tuesday
May 27th at 12:00 p.m. You are required to attend practice. If an
emergency should arise please let Mrs. Boyer or Mrs. Day know as
soon as possible. Mrs. Boyer can be reached at 820-2425 during the
school day.
The class picture will be
taken at practice. You must bring your cap and gown for the picture.
You will not be allowed in the picture without your cap and gown.
Fees and Other Obligations
Any student who owes fees or needs to return items
must do so no later than May 27, 2003. Your diploma will be held
until these matters are resolved. Notices will be mailed home.
Graducation will be on Sunday June 1, 2003 at 2:00
p.m. Graduates need to report to the auditeria no later than 1:30
p.m.
Graduation pictures are $20.00 for a package and
they are optional. The package includes an 8x10 class picture, a
5x7 and 4 wallets of the graduate receiving their diploma. The pictures
will be taken by Rick Dodridge and will be mailed to you. They
must be paid for by May 27th. Mrs. Boyer will collect the
money in the media center.
Honor society sashes may be purchased or borrowed.
They are $12.00 and must be paid for by May 27th
to Mrs. Boyer. Honor sashes that are borrowed from the school must
be returned after the graduation ceremony. You may also use a sash
that a brother or sister has purchased in the past.
Ladies should wear a light colored outfit under
their gowns. Dark colors often show through the white gowns. Te
gentlemen should wear dress pants, shirt, and tie. Page 3 of the
student has complete information about graduation attire. It is
the responsibility of the graduate to read this prior to graduation.
Please choose a person(of the opposite sex) to march
with, before graduation practice. Partners will be assigned at practice,
if you do not ask anyone.
There will be no reserved seats for family members.
We will have a handicapped section reserved behind the graduates.

Payment for any of the above items,
by check, should be made out to Minfrod High School.
