  Joseph Edward Bias, 2, of Portsmouth, died Saturday Feb. 12, 2005, at home.

  He was born June 27, 1982, in Portsmouth, a son of Carl O. Bias II and Ann Kathryn Bias.

  Survivors also include brother, Carl O. Bias III; and grandfather, Carl O. Bias I.

  Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Don Wolfe Funeral Home in Sciotoville with the Rev. Richard North officiating and interment in Mount Siloam Cemetery.  Friends may call 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
