Paul Bernard Evans

Paul Bernard Evans, Jr., 47, of Batavia, OH, formerly of Minford, OH, died Friday, May 4, 2001 in Batavia.

He was of the Christian faith and was associated with the Salvation Army.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Jane Burton Slusher of Norwood, OH; his father and step-mother: Bernard and Darlene Evans of Longview, TX; grandmother: Fannie Burton of Portsmouth; wife, Lori Ann; two sons: Ryan and Eric Evans of Minford; four doughters: Amy Evans Ratcliff of Portsmouth; Melissa, Valerie and Tiffany at home; on grandson; Dakota Evans; two sisters: Pam Stapleton of Mason, OH; Vicki Redden of Texas; two brothers: Steve Slusher of Cincinnati; and Charles Evans of California.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Clarence and Wilma Evans, and John Burton.

He was a 1971 graduate of Minford High School. Memorial services were held Wednsday, May 9, 2001 in Batavia.
