Paul W. "Butch" Warren Sr., 57, died Friday, March 11, 2005, in the emergency room at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born May 17, 1947, in Scioto County, a son of Boyd Warren and the late Erma J. Culp Warren. He was an army veteran.

Survivors also include his wife, Lola Lovell Warren; sons, Patrick, Steven, and Ryan Warren and Christopher Tackett; step-son, Jeffrey Sexton; brother, David Warren; five grand children; six stepgrandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Roy Chaffin officiating and interment in White Gravel Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
