Stephanie Sexton

Stephanie Lynn Sexton entered into enternal rest on the morning of Sept. 11 2004, the widow of Kenneth Jaye Moore, at her Charleston, S.C. residence.

Ms. Sexton was born in Portsmouth, Oct. 7, 1951, the daughter of Stephen Edward Sexton and Brooks Sapp Sexton.  She graduated from Minford High School and attended Ohio University and graduated from Indiana University.  Stephanie was employed as a teacher at Midland Park Elementary School.  She was an active sponsor of Children in Third World Countries, active with Environmental Organizations, The Arts E.T.V., and a member of The Unity Church of Charleston.

Surviving are her sons, Aaron Myers of Folly Beach, S.C., and Langston Moore of Cincinnati, Ohio, her brothers, Lamont Sexton, Quinton Sexton, and Shane Sexton all of Lake of the Pines, Texas.

The relative and friends of Stephanie are invited to attend her funeral services in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnel Parkway, Charleston, S.C., Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at 10 a.m. Interment in Dorchester Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Unity Church of Charleston, 2535 Leeds Ave., Charleston, S.C., 29405.
