Wanda Louise Roe Coriell

Wanda Louise Roe Corielle of Minford, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2004, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  She was a 1965 graduate of Minford High School, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and homemaker.  She was an active member of the Sunshine Church of Christ and a former employee of Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Wanda was born on Dec. 2, 1947, to the late Charles Edward Roe and Helen Louise Thompson Roe.  She is survived by her husband, Ira M. Coriell II (Bud), three sons;  Ryan Anthony (Cindy) of Lucasville, Ira M. III (Mary Beth) of Minford, and Joshua Elias at home;  three grandchildren, Garris Lee, Kayleigh Michelle and Kaitlyn Elizabeth; three sisters, Trevlyn (Earl) Seibert of Wheelersburg, Sharon (Mark) Coburn of Columbia, Md., Carol (Davin) McFadden of Glendora, Calif.; three brothers, Wendell Roe of San Bernadino, Calif., Kenny (Ruth) Roe of Wheelersburg, Jerry(Jenny) Roe of Wheelersburg; mother-in-law, Marie Coriell Mower of Minford; two brothers-in-law, Henry(Pam) Coriell and Emerson (Cathy) Coriell of Minford; one sister-in-law, Jessie (Randy) Glass of Fayetteville, N.C., and many nieces, cousins and nephews.

A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 2004, at the Sunshine Church of Christ on State Route 335 in Minford, Ohio.  The Coriell and Roe families extend an invitation to all family and friends to join them at a dinner in church annex at 1 p.m. before the memorial service.  Throughout her lifetime, Wanda always extended herself as hostess and organizer of numberous family and church gatherings.  It only seems proper at this time to gather her family and friends together at this commemoration dinner and service in celebration of Wanda's life.

Private gravside services will be at Batterson Cemetery on Gampp Lane.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunshine Church of Christ in lieu of flowers.
