Article taken from The Daily Times, August 5, 1895

A transcript was filed in probate court this morning recognizing Ananisas Weeks to that court on the charge of adultery.  He was arrested on the oath of Wm. H. Clark and arraigned in the court of 'Squire Andrew Purtee, of Harrison township.  The affidavit states that although married to Mary Carrigan April 4, 1893, he has lived in adultery with Vinda Swanigan since June 10th.  He gave bond in the sum of $100 to insure his appearance when wanted.
