Henry C. Knore

Henry C. Knore son of John and Annie, married Johanna Amelia Henneman whose parents were natives of Hanover, Germany. Her father was John Henneman, a Lutheran minister. Her mother was named Annie, surname unknown.

Henry inherited the family farm from his father. He called the farm Maple Grove. Henry's family, which included nine children, was German Lutheran. The children were: John Charles who married Louella Weeks; Sarah Ann who married Clarence F. Schomburg; Frank who married Stella Schomburg; Lewis E. who married Abby Bennett; Ella Mary who married James William Weeks; Frederick William who married Ida Frownie; Anna Margaret who married Charles Snodgrass, Lena Amelia who married George Shope, and Henry H. who never married.
