Nathan B. Gilliland

Nathan B. Gilliland was born in Harrison Township to Jacob and Mary [Baker] Gilliland on Nov. 7, 1859. Mr. Gilliland was well educated and held the position of teacher in Madison Township. He remained a bachelor and resided with his mother after the death of his father in 1875. He was elected Clerk of Harrison Township in 1882.
