Philip Pfleger
Philip Pfleger came from Bavaria, Germany to New York, in 1854. His trade was a cabinet maker. On June 22, 1856, he was united in marriage to Magdalena Gallbronner who was also from Bavaria. Shortly after their marriage they moved to Madison Township in Scioto, Co. The marriage produced four children: Charles Pfeger, 1857; William Augustus Pfleger, 1859; John Pfleger, 1861; and Emma Elizabeth Pfleger, 1866. Charles Pfleger married Mary Elizabeth Russ, daughter of William Russ and Catherine Sherman Russ, in 1879. Their children were Henry Charles William Pfleger, 1881; Ella Charlotte Pfleger, 1884; Frank Philip.
