Frank Bush

     Portsmouth, O., Aug. 23.-- Frank Bush, switchman for the Norfolk and Western, was instantly killed at East Portsmouth, O.  He was run down by an excursion train in stepping out of the way of his own engine.  He was jurled 40 feet and his skull was crushed.
