Scioto County Men Die in Crash

A two-car collision on Ohio 104 near Rushtown Wednesday killed two Scioto County men, the Ohio Highway Patrol reported.

The victims were identified as Daniel Himes, 27, of Portsmouth, and David Meyer of Friendship.
