Two Die as Cottage Burns

PORTSMOUTH, O.-- Mrs. Marie Covert,28, and her two-year-old son, William Jr., were burned to death late yesterday when fire destroyed their four-room frame cottage on Rock creek, near Garison, Ky., four miles west of Portsmouth.  The blaze started when Mrs. Covert attempted to kindle a fire with kerosene.
