May Build Stadium

Columbus, Dec. 6 - (AP) - Portsmouth's vision of the municipally - owned baseball stadium it wants to build under FERA auspices was indorsed today by the state relief commission. The project would cost $17,158, and would employ 110 workers, it was estimated.
