Portsmouth Professional Team to Play Six Games on Home Field

PORTSMOUTH - July 18 - Schedule of the Portsmouth Spartans professional football team was announced here today by H.W. Griffen, manager. It is:
September 13 - Brooklyn at Portsmouth
September 23 - Chicago at Portsmouth, night game
September 30 - New York at Portsmouth, night game
October 7 - Cleveland at Portsmouth, night game
October 14 - Philadelphia at Portsmouth, night game
October - Brooklyn at Brooklyn
October 25 - Staten Island there
October 31 - Philadelphia there
November 1 - New York there
November 8 - Chicago Bears at Chicago
November 11 - Staten Island at Portsmouth
November 22 - Chicago Cards at Chicago
November 29 - Chicago Bears at Portsmouth
December 6 - Cleveland there
December 13 - Green Bay at Portsmouth
Bill Glassgwo, backfield man with the Spartans during the 1930 season, has been traded for Claire Randolph, center, Griffen announced. Randolph played with the Spartans in 1929. He now is a law student at Notre Dame.
