How successful the Portsmouth offensive proves in the tilt with Philadelphia will be the manner in which many of the Spartan plays will be finally judged by league scouts. In the Yellow Jackets the local aggregation has a dragon to slay worthy of the best Toledo blade in the hands of any St. George:
Old heads at the game, the Philadelphia eleven led by Herb Joesting, all-America full back from Minnesota and Morton Kaer, all-America quarter back from U.S.C. are expected to provide opposition of a type that may prove more than the Spartan's desire.
