Portsmouth, Oh., June 19 (AP)

An investigation into loans made to two directors of the First National bank has been requested of prosecuting attorney by the Scioto-co grand jury.  The jury expects a cursory inquiry to determine whether a complete investigation of the bank's affairs would be necessary.
