CLEVELAND, O., Jan, 16 - (AP) - Alleged violations of NRA code provisions led to the removal of Blue Eagles from the Gemperline Furniture Co., Portsmouth, and the Interstate Folding Box Co., of Middletown, the local NRA compliance council in Washington announced.

The Portsmouth firm allegedly failed to make restitution to an employe who had received less than minimum wage for working 51 to 54 hours weekly, while the Middletown firm assertedly did not observe the open price plan of selling and did not file price schedules with the code authority.
