Rev. Simon Gobiet Charged with Being Obnoxious

Rev. Simon Gobiet, late pastor of the Second Presbyterian church of Portsmouth, is charged with making himself obnoxious since his retirement from the church. It is said that he has made a studied effort to disrupt the church, made a bitter attack on the official board in his farewell sermon and is circulating a pamphlet reflecting on the ministers and officers of the presbyter.
