Fulweiler Children Drowned

A Cincinnati Times-Star special, of May 21, from Portsmouth, O, says: "The suspension bridge across the Scioto river fell this morning while some cattle were crossing.
Mrs. Fulwelier, with four children, were on the bridge when it fell. Three of the children were drowned.
The bridge costs $40,000."
