Mrs. Egil Wefald, wife of the former city engineer in Fergus Falls, died Monday at the age of 49. Mr. Wefald preceded Erwin Hensch as city engineer here. In 1950 the family moved to Richfield where he is village engineer. Their address is 7544 Columbus avenue. Services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Werness Brothers mortuary, Minneapolis.

Mrs. Egil (Morna) Wefald was a member of the Golden Rod chapter, O.E.S., Fergus Falls. Survivors besides her husband are three daughters Joan and Karen of Richfield and Mrs. Harold H. Howard, Jr., Breckenridge; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank N. Cameron, Chicago; a sister Carol, Portsmouth, Ohio; and three brothers, George Winona; Kenneth, Los Angeles; and Frank Jr., Oakland, Calif. The family prefers memorials.
