William Herrell Murdered by Nephew

Portsmouth, OH, June 2. - John Herrel 25, was arrested in the outskirts of this city by the sheriff of Jackson county, on a charge of murdering his uncle, William Herrel, aged 60.  The murdered man conducted a sawmill just across the county line.  During a quarrel over some logs young Herrel, it is alleged, shot his relative over the heart, killing him instantly.
