Chicago, June 6 - At the meeting of the National Grain Dealers' Association H. C. Grimes, of Portsmouth, O., decried the present method of preparing the government crop reports, saying that it was largely guess work. He was in favor of having the letter carriers on rural routes bring in the reports, saying that this method would prove much more accurate than the present method. A banquet brought the national convention to a close. The speakers were J. H. Blackstock, of Toronto, Canada; J. H. Eckels and W. J. Calhoun, of Chicago.
