$25,000 Lost in Fire

PORTSMOUTH, Aug. 15 - (AP) - Fire swept the headquarters of W. F. Seymour's, a contractor, here early yesterday, destroying property valued at $25,000. The loss included two houses, a large garage, 12 trucks, a tractor, a tank car and other farm and road equipment. Spontaneous combustion in new mown hay was blamed for the fire, which drove nine persons to the street in their nightclothing.
