Columbus, O., Nov. 3--(INS)--Conservation Commissioner William H. Reinhart will soon make a trip to Portsmouth to see what disposition can be made of Roosevelt game preserve, "conservation's white elephant,' it was announced today. With deer on the preserve soon to be sold, and the propagation of pheasants about to be halted, the end of the importance of the Scioto-co "wilderness" has been reached unless it is found that the tract may be developed into a super-coon ranch, it was said.
