Albert N. Burris Charged with Forgery

Portsmouth, O., Dec. 7 - Albert N. Buriss, prominent lumberman, was arrested, charged with forging the name of the late Captain L. T. Beatty to a note for $17,000. Beatty died several weeks ago from injuries sustained in a runaway.
