3 Deny Arson
Portsmouth, O., Nov. 11 (AP) -- George Owens, 46, his son-in-law Oscar Tumelson, 26, and William Adams, 66, Kentuckians, arrested here as operators of a mid-west arson ring, pleaded not guilty to indictments charging arson at their arraignment yesterday. Police said they had collected thousands of dollars on fire insurance policies.
