Charles Williams Held for Court Action

 Hamilton, O., June 5 - (AP) - Charles Williams, of Portsmouth, Hamilton and other places, has been returned to Portsmouth to facer a sealed indictment returned against him recently.  He was fined $200 here for having violated city building codes by tapping electric lines and installing plumbing equipment.  Williams, 28, is also known as Parrott Dixon and Clarence Williams.
