DRY-LAW VIOLATORS FINED HUNTINGTON, Oct. 4, --- Walter Hicks, of Huntington, V.M. Day, of Portsmouth, and John Bails, of Huntington, were fined $300, $75 and $25 respectively, when they pleaded guilty of violations of prohabition laws in United States district court here today. |
