Fined for Contempt

          Portsmouth. O., May 2. -- After a hearing in common pleas court Judge Milner. assessed a fine of $10 and costs against City Auditor Filmore Musser and a fine of $1 and costs against Treasurer D. E. Edwards, on court in violating an injunction secured by the city solicitor. T. T. Beatty, to prevent work of repairs on the auditor's office.
