Portsmouth, Ohio (AP)--The grand jury in Scioto County will meet in special session April 23 to look into the death of a Portsmouth woman, Prosecutor Everett Burton says. George E. Washington, 21, of Portsmouth, has been charged with aggravated murder in the death of Sherrie Webb Moody, 22. The woman's body was discovered on a rural road south of here Saturday.
