State of Ohio, Stark County Supreme Court, October Term, 1834

Notice is hereby given, that Valentine Leopold has filed in the office of the Clerk aforesaid, his petition, praying to be divorced from his wife, Elizabeth, charging adultery as the cause.  Which said petition will be set for hearing at the next term of said Court, to be held at Canton in said county on the 3d day of October next.

Notice is hereby given to Elizabeth Leopold, that the deposition of John Musser and others will be taken on Tuesday, the 26th day of August next, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 3 o'clock p.m. of said day at the office of Ezra Osborn in the town of Portsmouth, Scioto county, state of Ohio, before competent authority to be used in the hearing of the above petition.
